Domain Redemption is a process that allows you to recover your domain name after it has expired and gone through the Deletion Phase. Once a domain enters the Closed Redemption Phase, it can be reinstated at the cost of the Closed Redemption Fee.

The fee varies depending on the type of domain you have. For example, the fee for .ZA domains is R 390.00, while the fee for .Joburg, .Capetown, and .Durban domains is R 790.00. The fee for TLDs and GTLDs, such as .com, .net, .org, .directory, .farm, and so on, is up to R 4,750 (thousand). Our team will always provide a quote for restoring a domain from Closed Redemption

The length of time a domain name stays in Closed Redemption depends on the Registry, which is usually between 30 and 45 days.

It is important to renew your domain before it expires. If your domain name is deleted at the Registry Level due to non-payment, it will become available to anyone for re-registration, and you will lose the domain in question.
