Web Squad's packages are all uncapped and carry no FUP, caps, throttling or associated screening services. This being said, sometimes it's great to know just how much internet you've used. There are only two ways for an ISP to monitor usage; one is at the accounting and authentication level, and the other is at the a traffic level. Because we don't do any kind of Fair Usage traffic monitoring or shaping, so we don't operate any mechanisms to monitor traffic per user.

If you're on a PPPoE service (All networks)

Contact support (email or online ticket) for login credentials to our management (authentication and usage accounting) and  platform.

If you're on Vumatel Active Ethernet (Vumatel Trenched)

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a usage report for all Vumatel Trenched connections due to the design of Vumatel's network - all authentication, IP assignment and accounting per IP and user happen directly on the Vumatel system. Vumatel's platform only provides a 24h usage report to all ISPs as well as current link status. We don't implement any traffic monitoring systems, so we are unable to report on usage per user outside of the Vumatel platform.

We can recommend a few utilities that you can use internally to monitor network usage; though these will require an advanced router. Please contact our support team if you require more information on this.
