Please be advised that we are required to complete hardware upgrades within our Core switching environment, these are pro-active upgrades to ensure network resiliency, functionality and capability improvements. This means that your connection may be affected for a short while during the upgrade process.
Reason for Maintenance: Hardware Upgrade.
Operational Impact: Critical.
Affected Area: Johannesburg - Teraco Isando - by service and exposure to Leaf 1 and Leaf 2
This maintenance window is scheduled as below:

Planned Event End time: 04:00, Thursday 24 September 2026
Planned regional order: Johannesburg - JB1 - Teraco Isando
Expected downtime: 15-25 minutes per service
Expected duration: 2 hours
