Dear TT Connect Client,

TT Connect are currently experiencing no connectivity / limited service in parts of Farrarmere including: Eugen marias street , Belloc road , Barley street , Mercury street , and surrounding streets are affected

Technicians have been dispatched. Updates will follow.

Update 20:16:

Technician was sent to site and found the issue.

The Link is faulty and it was escalated. We are currently waiting update for the maintenance team.

As soon as we get the update we will update everyone.

Dear Web sQuad Client

An Interconnect Provider will be rolling out core infrastructure upgrades during the morning of Wednesday 4th March 2020.

FTTH Services to Vumatel trenched and Aerial clients, as well as Netstream clients will be affected by this service window.

This will result in a service affecting outage which will last 60 minutes as services are switched over to the new Core hardware and services are re-provisioned.

Date: 4 March 2020
